He could've been in a boyband, but Arkadi decided to apply himself to gaming, esports, new media and the law for the benefit of creatives and athletes, off and online. A UCLA School of Law alum (with a specialization in entertainment & technology laws), Arkadi has been published in leading European IP journals, and is a member of the world's preeminent legal steering committee on AI and Machine Learning. 🤖
MATTHEW HOBBS
PRINCIPAL
Matthew cut his teeth in film/ television production and talent management, and now applies his considerable experience to help both new and established creatives and athletes. He's a USC Law alum (with a specialization in entertainment & technology laws) and a leader of a major entertainment law organization in 90210. If he wasn't a lawyer he would likely be a full-time plane-spotting streamer on Twitch or Kick 🤓
MATT GIOVANNUCCI

A self-professed transactional geek, Matt has numerous years of experience shepherding indie filmmakers with their long and short form projects. An avid gamer, he likes the best of all worlds (virtual and IRL) and applies that enthusiasm, coupled with expertise, for the benefit of the firm's clients. Matt is also one of the few attorneys in the world that loves the mental gymnastics that is prevalent in corporate law matters. 🤸♀️
